Ecosystem & Products

The products below are built on Zano's tech stack. Anyone can build on the same technologies; see the Build section to get started.

Products

Zano Trade

The DEX. Trade ZANO and Confidential Assets: orders are matched by the Zano Trade coordinator and settle on-chain as Ionic Swaps signed by both parties. No registration, no custody. The asset type, amount, and addresses involved are all hidden. Guide.

Zano Governance

Anonymous on-chain voting for stakers, live at vote.zano.org. Every PoS block you find during a voting window counts as one vote, so voting power follows real stake without revealing anyone's identity or balance. Proposals (ZAPs) and results are on the portal.

fUSD (Freedom Dollar)

A private stablecoin on Zano, live at freedomdollar.com. Send dollars without anyone knowing how much, to whom, or when. Built as a Confidential Asset, fUSD has the same privacy guarantees as native ZANO.

ZanoStats

Network statistics dashboard with staking data, analytics, and market insights. Available at zanostats.com. (The blockchain explorer itself is at explorer.zano.org.)

Zano Wallets

  • Desktop: Full-node wallet with all features including staking.
  • Mobile: Remote-node wallet, everything except staking.
  • Third-party: Cake Wallet, Bitcoin.com wallet, Edge Wallet.

Zano Companion

Browser extension that connects the desktop wallet to web-based dApps. Handles authentication and transaction signing. Guide.

Zano MCP

An MCP server that connects AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and other MCP-compatible tools) to the Zano blockchain. 45+ tools for querying blocks, wallets, assets, DEX order books, and trading data. See the blog post for setup and use cases.

Wider ecosystem

  • Wrapped Zano: WZANO, an ERC-20 token on Ethereum. Exchangeable 1:1 for native ZANO.
  • Obscura: private NFT minting and management.
  • Zano Matrix: private messaging built on Matrix with end-to-end encryption support, linked to your Zano alias.
  • Confidential Layer: non-custodial bridge between public blockchains and Zano, built on the Bridgeless L1. Uses Zano gateway addresses with ETH-compatible signatures for cross-chain asset commands.
  • Zano Bay: private marketplace for buying and selling goods.
  • Bandit City: community hub with its own token and staking.
  • Alias Auction: bid on @usernames registered on-chain.
